Project Manager I

Key Responsibilities

Lead DPDP Act Implementation Program Drive end-to-end compliance roadmap for Experian India entities and offerings. Ensure alignment with CIC regulatory framework and DPDPA obligations. Assessment & Roadmap Development Conduct workshops with Experian teams to understand data practices, operational processes, and internal policies. Prepare a detailed roadmap for DPDPA compliance, including internal stakeholder processing activities. Documentation & Governance Draft and document the dataflow across products, processes and applications Draft/review privacy notices, consent forms, SOPs, data protection addendums, and contractual clauses. Establish governance forums, reporting mechanisms, and audit-ready documentation. Implementation of DPDP Controls Consent management, data subject rights, retention/deletion, breach response, and vendor compliance. Map data flows across offerings, platforms, and third-party integrations. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Legal, Privacy, Security, Technology, and Business teams to ensure timely compliance.

Required Experience & Skills

8+ years of project/program management experience. 3-5+ years delivering regulatory or compliance programs (privacy, data protection, risk, or financial services). Strong experience in process mapping and data flow mapping in enterprise environments. Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and regulatory deadlines. Experience working with privacy, legal, risk, and technology teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with DPDP Act, GDPR, CCPA, or similar privacy regulations. Background in financial services, credit bureaus, or regulated data organizations. PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe certification.
