Technical Project Manager – Support & Maintenance
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead application and production support engagements in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing BAU/support engagements, handling incident, problem, and change management, and coordinating closely with development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure system stability, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end delivery of application support and maintenance projects Own SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics (availability, incident resolution, stability) Act as the primary escalation point for major incidents (P1/P2) Lead RCA, problem management, and preventive action tracking Plan and coordinate changes, releases, patches, and minor enhancements Conduct service review meetings and provide regular status reporting Manage cross‑functional teams (L1/L2/L3, Dev, Infra, Vendors) Drive process improvements using ITIL/ITSM best practices Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirementsRequired Experience & Skills
6–12+ years of IT experience with 3–6+ years in a Project Manager role Strong background in production support / application maintenance projects Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management Solid understanding of application architectures and production environments Experience with ServiceNow, or similar ticketing tools Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or hybrid delivery models Excellent stakeholder communication and escalation management skills
