Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager
with an MBA and 5-6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will
possess a strong technical orientation, excellent communication skills, and a
proactive, "go-getter" mindset. This role involves coordinating with
internal stakeholders and acting on behalf of the CTO.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between the CTO and internal
stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Manage and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and
resources to ensure successful project execution.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key
stakeholders to facilitate project alignment and support.

Act on behalf of the CTO in meetings and discussions,
representing their interests and priorities.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation
strategies to ensure project success.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance
project management processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

MBA with 5-6 years of experience in project management or
a related field.

Strong technical orientation with the ability to
understand and communicate complex technical concepts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Proactive, "go-getter" mindset with a strong
focus on achieving results.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
and deliver on time and within budget.

Preferred Skills:
