Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in project planning, Agile methodologies, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management activities, from initiation to closure Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) to manage iterative delivery Monitor project performance and implement performance optimization strategies Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through effective risk management Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and quality Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives Track progress using KPIs, dashboards, and regular status reporting

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong Project Management and Project Planning skills Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks Proven ability in Performance Optimization and process improvement Solid understanding of Risk Management techniques and controls Experience leading cross-functional teams Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, etc.) Experience in delivering complex or multi-stakeholder projects Exposure to continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma)
