Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Project Manager I – Sourcing for our Global Supply Chain division to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. In this role, you will manage all phases of the project life cycle—planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery—while tracking progress against milestones, budgets, and performance indicators to drive successful outcomes. 
 

Key Responsibilities Include:  

Planning & Scope Definition 

Identifying and bringing together all relevant stakeholders for a project; develop the definition of the project scope and objectives. 

 

Project Design 

Develop a detailed project plan and timeline to monitor and track progress. 

 

Execution/Managing a Timeline 

Ensure the project is executed according to the established plan and timeline; measure performance using appropriate tools and techniques. 

 

Attention to Detail 

Carefully monitor the details and quality of work; provides information on a timely basis and in a useable form to others who need to act on it.  

 

Teamwork and Collaboration 

Works cooperatively as a part of a team and collaboratively with peers, internally and externally.

 

Problem Solving/Critical Thinking Skills 

Uses basic problem solving skills to navigate through issues as they arise; collaborates with others to identify the best solution to a problem. 

Skills/Qualifications Project Management Skills  Organization and Multi-Tasking  Communication  Interpersonal Skills  Judgement and Decision-Making 

 

Required:  

High School Diploma / GED equivalent  1 year of related experience 

 

Preferred:  

Bachelor’s Degree  Experience managing similar projects
