Project Manager- GTM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager- GTM to drive operational excellence across key product launches and strategic initiatives. This role closely supports the end-to-end GTM process, ensuring cross-functional alignment, managing timelines and dependencies, and keeping product, sales, marketing and GTM teams coordinated.  

 

Working closely with the GTM lead, the Project Manager will ensure that insights, strategy and execution move through a structured workflow that supports growth across key product portfolios and enables teams to deliver market-ready products and campaigns on time and to a high standard.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

Organize and manage the delivery of go to market activities across multiple product portfolios.  Develop clear project plans, timelines and milestones to guide teams from concept through to launch and post-launch review.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Design. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Maintain visibility of all GTM activities across portfolios.  Create structure, clarity and rhythm for how teams collaborate on strategic GTM initiatives and help standardize ways of working across teams while supporting flexibility.  Prepare status reports and provide clear and frequent updates to key stakeholders.  

About You

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Project Management (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of project management experience in marketing or related field. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with multiple stakeholders such as sales, marketing, technology, operations, and finance to support project goals and business objectivesGood organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple tasks.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with strong organizational skills to ensure effective project coordination and execution.
