**Job Title: Project Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to oversee residential and commercial glass installation and repair projects from initial inquiry through final completion. This role blends hands-on industry knowledge with strong organizational and customer-facing skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in estimating glass materials and labor, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service standards. **Responsibilities** + Prepare accurate estimates for glass installation, replacement, and repair projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and timelines. + Conduct site visits to assess project scope, take precise measurements, and identify potential challenges. + Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery. + Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution. + Manage project progress, monitor job costs, and adjust plans as needed to maintain profitability. + Oversee installation crews, ensuring work meets safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations. + Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer requirements. + Prepare and track documentation including proposals, change orders, purchase orders, and job reports. + Resolve issues that arise during installation or repair, maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction. + Support business development by identifying opportunities for additional services or project expansion. **Why Work Here?** Experience the benefits of working in a smaller company where you are not just a number. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Johnstown, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.50/hr.
