**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead critical Energy & Sustainability initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the environmental footprint of a major e-commerce player, working within a dynamic and international environment.**
**As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Energy & Sustainability projects, specifically tailored for our e-commerce client.**
**What You Will Do:**
• Develop detailed project plans (scope, timeline, budget, resources).
• Oversee projects, ensuring objectives are met within budget, timeline, and sustainability goals.
• Directly manage and coordinate subcontractors across Europe.
• Set standards, milestones, and ensure safety and regulatory adherence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and resolve issues.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Prepare status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track budgets and schedules, addressing deviations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive sustainability initiatives (waste reduction, energy efficiency, renewables).
• **Travel approximately 25% of the time in Europe.**
**What You Will Need:**
• **Bachelor's degree (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration).**
**• 3+ years in Project Management (with focus on Energy/Sustainability projects).**
**• Fluent English (other European languages a plus).**
• Experience managing complex projects for fast-paced clients.
• Experience managing subcontractors on-site.
• Strong understanding of energy efficiency and sustainable practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software/tools.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
