Project Manager - Data Center Construction (Summerville, SC)
**About the Role:** The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient deliveryand installation of owner-furnished equipment within a data center constructionproject. This role requires a strong understanding of data centerinfrastructure, supply chain management, and construction processes. + This role is onsite full-time in Summerville, SC. **What You’ll Do:** + **Collaborate with stakeholders:** Work closely with the Lead ProjectManager, Regional Supply Chain Management team, General Contractor,and other stakeholders to align equipment deliveries with the constructionschedule. Participate in meetings, provide updates, and communicate potentialrisks and delays proactively. + **Review and analyze project documentation:** Thoroughlyreview project documents, including purchase orders, statements of work, and contracts, to identify potential issues, scope gaps, and areas forimprovement. + **Conduct site assessments:** Visit the construction site to assess siteconditions, identify potential challenges, and ensure that site requirementsare communicated to suppliers and vendors. + **Support the development of pre-purchase specifications:** Assist inthe development of clear and concise pre-purchase specifications for LLE toensure that all equipment meets project requirements. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Supply ChainManagement, or a related field. + Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and criticalsystems. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solvingskills. + Proficiency in using project management and tracking tools. **Disclaimer:** _Please be advised that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend will be consolidated into a single global business entity. The salary range for the Senior Account Director position is $150,000.00 to $180,000.00.
