This role requires a strong understanding of data center infrastructure, supply chain management, and construction processes. + This role is onsite full-time in Summerville, SC. **What You’ll Do:** + **Collaborate with stakeholders:** Work closely with the Lead Project Manager, Regional Supply Chain Management team, General Contractor, and other stakeholders to align equipment deliveries with the construction schedule. Participate in meetings, provide updates, and communicate potential risks and delays proactively. + **Review and analyze project documentation:** Thoroughly review project documents, including purchase orders, statements of work, and contracts, to identify potential issues, scope gaps, and areas for improvement. + **Conduct site assessments:** Visit the construction site to assess site conditions, identify potential challenges, and ensure that site requirements are communicated to suppliers and vendors. + **Support the development of pre-purchase specifications:** Assist in the development of clear and concise pre-purchase specifications for LLE to ensure that all equipment meets project requirements. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. + Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and critical systems. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in using project management and tracking tools. **Disclaimer:** _Please be advised that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend will be consolidated into a single global business entity.
