Our client, a leader in the Data Center Construction industry, is seeking Data Center Energy Marshal 5 to join their team. As a Data Center Energy Marshal, you will be part of the Engineering & Safety Department supporting Project Management and Quality Assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and strong leadership capabilities, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Data Center Energy Marshal 5
**Location:** Boydton, VA
**Pay Range:** $64/hr. – $71/hr.
**What’s the Job?**
+ Coordinate energy-related projects, creating detailed plans to accomplish goals.
+ Direct the integration of technical activities including safety, quality, and compliance.
+ Oversee general contractor (GC) teams to ensure staffing and execution meet standards.
+ Review and approve scripts, temporary power plans, and documentation.
+ Conduct field inspections and confer with management to review specifications and procedures.
**What’s Needed?**
+ 10+ years of relevant experience in energy, construction, or engineering environments.
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (preferred).
+ PMI and PMP certifications (preferred but not required).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
