**Aboutthe role**
TheProject Manager provides consulting services to our financial services client to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.Projects are focused on interior corporate office renovations and MEPinfrastructure upgrades. The Project Manager will manage an expansion for theTampa headquarters as well as lead construction projects nationally.
Thisjob is part of the Project Management function acting as an Owner'sRepresentative and responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. **This is a remote role** **requiringapproximately 30%-50% out of town travel.**
**Whatyou’ll do**
Manageall areas of project management for commercial real estate projects. Thisincludes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Interfacedirectly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including thescope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates &budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and riskidentification.
Definethe project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the projectqualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bidevaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
Implementproject documentation governance that is aligned with company and clientrequirements.
Ensureproject data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
Directthe project team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals.
Buildaction plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress ofeach project and report status and variances.
Demonstrateability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingencyplans. Implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Mentorothers and share in-depth knowledge for your job subject area and have broadunderstanding of several job fields within the function.
Leadby example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect,Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. Work to build consensus and convinceothers to reach an agreement.
**Whatyou’ll need**
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
+ General knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new point of view on existing solutions.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Kahua or other project management software experience.

**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Building Engineer position is $33.65 hourly and the maximum salary for the Building Engineer position is $40.87 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
