Project Manager Consultant
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the rehire process for our client's seasonal experts. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and effective return for our valued talent. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully and meeting stakeholder expectations. This is a W2 contract role that is fully remote. This role supports the Expert Rehire Process Owner. As the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, closely monitoring progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks, and ensuring that all project objectives are met. You'll work collaboratively with various cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the rehire process are executed efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Develop Thorough Project Plans: You'll be responsible for creating detailed project plans, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and completed on time, meeting stakeholder requirements. * Monitor Progress and Anticipate Needs: You'll regularly monitor progress throughout the process, identifying any potential roadblocks or emerging issues early on and taking proactive steps to resolve them. * Identify and Mitigate Potential Risks: You'll identify potential risks to the rehire process and develop practical strategies to minimize their impact, contributing to a smooth and consistent operation. * Ensure Project Objectives are Met: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all project objectives are achieved, including adherence to timelines, quality standards, and overall success of the rehire process. * Communicate Effectively with Stakeholders: You'll maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress and thoughtfully addressing any questions or concerns. * Maintain Comprehensive Project Documentation: You'll ensure all project documentation is kept accurate and up-to-date, including project plans, timelines, and risk assessments, serving as a reliable resource for the team Required Skills and Qualifications + At least five years of experience in project management. + Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Strong leadership capabilities and ability to guide teams. + Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. + Strong problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for anticipating and resolving issues. + Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively. + Strong attention to detail. + High School Diploma or GED **Organization:** Talent Solutions RPO **Hourly Rate:** 55-60/hr. **Incentive (if applicable):** Not Incentive Eligible **Benefits:** ManpowerGroup offers a comprehensive benefits package to include Medical, Dental, Life insurance and Disability for Staff and Consultants, as well as 401K.
