Job Title: Project Manager/Construction ManagerJob Description We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Construction Manager to oversee commercial construction projects across multiple locations, including Virginia, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and South Carolina. This role involves working closely with the Owners to ensure the timely completion of projects, meeting established standards throughout the entire process. The position is open to candidates residing anywhere in the continental USA. Responsibilities + Manage and oversee the construction project with a budget of $40 million, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. + Submit documentation and manage submittals, comprising 30% of the role. + Handle RFIs (Request for Information) which form 20% of the responsibilities. + Participate in various meetings, including bids, general contractor meetings, and subcontractor meetings, accounting for 20% of the role. Essential Skills + Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Management or Project Management, with at least 10 years required if coming from the General Contractor side. + 5+ years of experience in handling RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and project management specifically for vertical commercial construction. + Proven experience managing general contractors on vertical commercial construction and data center projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience working with cutting-edge technology and AI chip development projects. + Ability to support and collaborate with a high-level onsite team. Work Environment The work environment involves onsite presence five days a week, working closely with the General Contractor. The initial project is located in Manassas, VA, and involves collaboration with an excellent team that supports each other at the highest level. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Manassas, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
