Manage complex, high-exposure projects with expedited timeframes and elevated expectations for stakeholder engagement and quality outcomes. Serve as the primary client interface, overseeing strategic planning, scope alignment, financial oversight, subcontractor coordination, and schedule attainment. Spans both development and execution phases, requiring leadership across engineering, procurement, construction, environmental compliance, and public relations. Lead internal and external risk reviews, manage change control processes, and conduct post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvements. Establishing and coordinate multi-discipline project teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective staff utilization. Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control costs to meet performance goals. Contract management duties include reviewing, negotiating, approving, and executing contracts and change orders. Provide detailed, accurate cost forecasts and accruals to clients and internal leadership, supporting financial transparency and accountability. Progress will be monitored closely to identify risks and implement corrective actions that enhance schedule, budget, quality, and profitability outcomes. Generate new business revenue through the development and expansion of client relationships. Telecommuting is allowed up to 30 days per year.
