As a Payments Operations Associate , you will support a portfolio of large scale strategic payment transformation programmes with project reporting and deliverables. You will work closely with key stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Technology on a number of topics, assisting the team in delivering the book of work. You will contribute proactively in a collaborative environment as part of a Portfolio Management Office providing a mixed skillset of portfolio reporting and project management. You will interpret data from across the portfolio and support recommendations on the way forward, including business and data analysis to inform decision-making.
Job responsibilities
Tracks and monitors actions, project progress and supports effective reporting on status, blockers, and changes (e.g. using standardized scorecards).Meet standard and ad hoc reporting deadlinesCoordinates the collation, review, and dissemination of key information—provides updates to multiple stakeholder groupsPrepares metrics and scorecards for relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual reviewsAssists in the creation and tracking of Objectives and Key Results across the PortfolioSupports the established portfolio governance structure and contributes ideas for improvementProvides project management support including coordination, governance, and communication, this may include leading or supporting internal process improvement projects or workstreamsPrepares concise, high-quality reports and visual presentations—organizes information in a clear and strategic way, demonstrating proficiency in Excel and PowerPointMaintains team mailbox and manages new requests for informationLeads daily huddles and tracks team’s actions utilising team action trackerConducts business and data analysis to support program objectives and inform / present recommendationsSupports organisation of team meetings and offsites, creating agendas and liaising with presenters on timing and material.Support the People Agenda with organising in person and virtual team events and activitiesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
