Project Manager Assistant

Job Description:

The Project Manager Assistant supports Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and company procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers in planning and coordinating electrical construction projects.Ensure projects are executed in compliance with contract documents and safety standards.Support in maintaining project schedules and budgets.Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.Manage data entry and document control for project-related activities.Troubleshoot project issues and coordinate solutions.

Essential Skills:

Experience in construction, particularly electrical and commercial construction.Proficiency in blueprint reading and project coordination.Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety training.Strong skills in data entry and document control.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

No degree required for this position.Experience with submittals.Experience with RFI's.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/hr.
