Job Description:

PROJECT/TASK SR MANAGER

This individual will serve as the dedicated Project Manager / Program Integrator supporting Billy and his portfolio across HQ, the 10th floor customer mission, and the 11th floor support effort. The role is responsible for driving day-to-day momentum, execution discipline, and delivery management across all lines of effort. Given the expanding requirements of the program, this position provides essential oversight and bandwidth to ensure tasks, products, and coordination efforts remain aligned to Billy’s priorities and executed to government standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Alignment: Monitor execution to maintain a tight connection between strategic intent and operational delivery across all supported lines of effort.Multi-Site Engagement: Regularly move between HQ, the 10th floor, and the 11th floor effort in support of Customer to maintain engagement and situational awareness.Emergent Initiatives: Augment and support emergent initiatives driven by Billy’s team, including symposium requirements, deliverables, and coordination tasks.Forward Planning: Stay closely engaged with Customer to anticipate needs, risks, innovation opportunities, and evolving mission requirements.Primary Conduit: Act as the primary conduit between the Customer and multiple ARMA Programs, ensuring work is consistently aligned to Customer priorities and operational needs.Centralized Intake: Function as the key liaison and intake point for questions, requirements, and tasking for CustomerProactively identifies and elevates execution challenges and performance shortfalls across the portfolio

● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent
● Experience: 5+ years of related experience

●Clearance: TS/SCI

The likely salary range for this position is $131,750 - $178,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
