Skills and Requirements 5–7 years experience as a Project Manager with additional ADM-style oversight Strong experience managing Scrum teams and delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments Ability to run all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retros Strong experience leading two project teams simultaneously (multi‑squad environment) Excellent command of PDLC/SDLC documentation, governance, and templates Experience managing $1M–$1.5M projects end-to-end Experience with project financials: forecasting, burn rate, actuals, EAC, monthly reporting Experience with Clarity PPM (status, time, plans, financials) Excellent written/verbal communication; senior stakeholder management Ability to drive timelines with strong time-sensitivity awareness Financial institution experience (banking context) Proven delivery of enterprise-scale projects Backfill a dual role: PM on Business Banking + ADM on BBX initiatives Lead both Waterfall and Agile delivery across two teams Manage all Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint commitments are met Lead planning, execution, tracking, and reporting for projects ranging $1M–$1.5M Maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, change requests, and dependencies Manage financial forecasts, burn, capitalization, budget health, and Clarity updates Partner with dev leads to manage scope, requirements, sprint backlog, and release planning Coordinate with business stakeholders, security teams, architecture, QA, and vendor teams Deliver secure authentication, secure sign-in, and credit risk-related enhancements Ensure adherence to BMO governance, PDLC, risk controls, and compliance standards Deliver weekly status reports, RAG dashboards, and executive updates Drive on-time delivery in a time-sensitive, controlled financial environment Can operate fully remote if experience level is strong; Chicago local is a plus but not required
