**Job Title: Project Manager** **Job Description** The Project Manager will oversee Data Center projects in collaboration with the regional team for more than three years. The role offers autonomy in managing daily schedules, requiring presence to supervise and manage projects as necessary. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of Project Manager roles, from budgeting to resource allocation. **Responsibilities** + Create and submit project Schedule of Values (SOV) as required. + Manage multiple projects of varying complexity, scale, and scope. + Maintain project budget vs cost awareness, providing input on project estimates to complete (ETC). + Create and submit change order budgets, including soliciting subcontractors and material vendors for bids/quotes. + Plan the work to be done, getting the necessary personnel, and assigning the right duties to the right people. + Hire team members for the project and future projects. + Ensure timely completion of the project to build client trust while avoiding unnecessary penalties. + Work within the budget by adequately estimating the costs and cutting unnecessary expenses. + Procure and allocate resources to ensure there is no shortage while avoiding any unnecessary delays caused by management decisions. + Manage both internal and external risks within the project’s lifetime, such as poor planning designs and government policies, which directly or indirectly affect the project. **Essential Skills** + Project management. + Construction management. + Commercial construction. + Site development. + At least 2 years of Construction Project Management experience on projects the size of $1M+. + Ordering material. + Managing project budget. + Managing workforce and closeout. + Project coordination. + Mechanical. + Estimation. + Project engineering. + Construction document handling. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2+ years' experience in Construction Project Management on $1M+ projects. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits including full medical coverage for employees and dependents, vision, dental, and prescription drug programs.
