Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to develop and maintain Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for various programs involving engineering, manufacturing, logistics, software, and technical documentation. The role requires the use of critical-path-method (CPM) scheduling techniques in MS Project to demonstrate task linkages and relationships.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for major and minor programs.
+ Utilize critical-path-method (CPM) scheduling techniques in MS Project.
+ Integrate schedules with work breakdown structures, adding necessary detail lines for accurate monthly progress reporting.
+ Develop and maintain project schedules' logic, activities, milestones, coding structures, and resource loading.
+ Assist engineering by maintaining overall project and contractor baseline schedules and updates.
+ Collaborate effectively with contractors.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in MS Project.
+ Experience with Master Schedule development and maintenance.
+ Understanding of work breakdown structures.
+ Background in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Planning.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in creating and managing large IMS MS Project schedules.
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, providing flexibility to work remotely or on-site in an engineering/manufacturing environment in Elkridge, MD. The position involves a standard Monday to Friday, 40-hour work week. The successful candidate will report directly to the engineering services team.

This is a Contract position based out of Elkridge, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
