Manage visioning, planning, and execution of Supply Chain transformation operation programs, ensuring program goals, timelines, business objectives, and success criteria are met. This role is part of the Supply Chain Transformation – Warehouse & Distribution Capabilities & Returns team within the Technical Operations group.
ResponsibilitiesFacilitate program visioning, road mapping, and execution of key activities across multiple teams and third-party vendors.Work with project champions, impacted business function owners, and supporting teams to formulate and evaluate possible paths forward and key decisions, while challenging the status quo.Coordinate dependencies across processes and organizations.Persuasively make recommendations for improvements to existing processes.Quantify and prepare program stakeholders for change.Understand, assess, and proactively manage risk and impacts to business in adherence to company Safety Management System (SMS) best practices.Prepare and deliver program updates to numerous audiences and Senior Leaders at Tech Ops strategic forum.Essential SkillsSolid understanding of business transformation efforts.Success in leading and managing large, complex, multi-year cross-functional programs.Solid knowledge of standard Project Management frameworks, principles, processes, and tools.5+ years direct Project Management experience.Proficiency in Excel and project management software such as Smartsheet and MS Visio.Current PMP certification.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience/training.Experience in airline supply chain operations.Demonstrated results in setting targets, executing plans, and delivering results.Highly engaged individual with a strong sense of urgency to steer the program team to deliver results.Excellent analytical abilities, written and oral communication skills, and presentation creation and delivery skills.Exposure to software development frameworks and methodologies.Ability to comfortably and persuasively interact with personnel of all levels.Work EnvironmentThe role is based at the corporate office headquarters, providing a professional environment with state-of-the-art facilities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $56.00 - $65.00/hr.
