Responsibilities:Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, establishing project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation while monitoring progress against established milestonesDevelop comprehensive project plans including timelines, deliverables, risk management strategies, and quality assurance protocolsCoordinate cross-functional teams including internal staff, external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and project executionManage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports to maintain accurate project recordsMonitor project budgets and financial performance, tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and implementing corrective actions to maintain financial targetsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating critical matters to senior management as neededFacilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and coordination sessions to ensure alignment among all project stakeholdersReview and approve project deliverables for quality, compliance, and adherence to specifications and contractual requirementsManage project scope and control changes through formal change management processes, evaluating impacts on schedule, budget, and resourcesServe as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfactionLead project closeout activities including final inspections, documentation handover, lessons learned sessions, and post-project evaluationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field requiredMinimum 5-7 years of progressive project management experience with demonstrated success managing complex projectsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent professional certification strongly preferredProficiency in project management software including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent toolsStrong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and industry standardsExperience with contract administration, procurement processes, and vendor managementExcellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple competing demandsStrong financial acumen including budget development, cost control, and financial reportingDemonstrated leadership abilities with proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with ability to make sound decisions under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
