Project Manager
Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Project Manager for their Foster City, CA/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities: + Project Roadmap Management: Define, maintain, and communicate the software development roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and product teams. + Initiative & Project Coordination: Drive alignment across multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly documented and communicated. + Sprint Planning & Agile Execution: Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; facilitate daily stand-ups and scrum ceremonies to ensure on-time delivery of work. + Tracking & Status Reporting: Develop and maintain clear and consistent tracking + mechanisms; provide timely project status updates, risks, and progress reports to stakeholders and leadership. + Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, removing blockers, managing team capacity, and promoting Agile best practices. + Resource Management: Monitor resource availability, coordinate team capacity planning, and identify resource needs and allocation issues. + Prioritization: Partner with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize work based on business value, team velocity, and technical dependencies. Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. + 6+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role in an Agile software development environment. + Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC). + Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent. + Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. + Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. + PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus. + Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and design. + Familiarity with software architecture, DevOps practices, and cloud-based technologies. + Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across global teams.
