Your Key Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities:

To define the scope of the projects and prepare project request and project charter for the same.
Coordinate with manufacturing and Industrial Engineering for readiness of tools, equipment, Processes in line with project timelines.
To prepare project timelines in line with customer timelines and execute the same.
Adherence to PEP KPI targets in relation to timelines, Cost and project management manhours booking etc.
Risk analysis and monitoring. Timely escalation of matters related to delays, failure, additional support required if any.
To work on VAVE/ Localization of VLS- Projects
To participate in field visits with VLS teams to address the VLS-warranty complaints if any
Participate in required customer/supplier meetings and vehicle fitment trails.
Participate in failure analysis / RPA activity and support with necessary inputs to resolve
Ensure the data confidentiality and data security
Support cost saving projects, analyze technical proposal and change product if necessary
Record lessons learned and discuss with relevant teams & apply wherever possible

Your Qualifications

Qualification & Experience 

Graduate in mechanical / Automobile Engineering / MBA Project Management
6 to 9 years
