This project will be long-term, & will be several projects at Dulles airport. Our client is a general contractor who specializes in 90% interiors commercial construction, including: aviation, schools, educational, commercial, government, hotel and hospitality as well as tenant fit outs and interior renovation. Their project management experience includes construction management/GMP projects, fast track tenant build-outs, interior renovations, design build and base building projects. They are currently seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing and directing the construction of various contracts within our clients portfolio. This individuals responsibilities will include the following: -Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors -Manage projects from bid to award to completion (ranging from $100k-$10M)-Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with contract documents -Manage the RFI and submittal process -Create project schedules -Bid new projects, scope reviews, coordinate with subcontractors for project estimates -change order reviews, processing and negotiating -Budget creation and tracking-Marketing and business development-Managing 2-3+ projects at a time

1. 5+ years of GC PM EXPERIENCE (NO SUBS - please do not send folks coming from Owners or Subcontractors) 2. Commercial construction experience - scheduling, RFIs, submittals, etc.3. Must have airport experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $55.00/hr.
