We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee lighting projects from our office. This role involves managing client relations, troubleshooting installation issues, and scheduling and dispatching technicians.
ResponsibilitiesOversee product delivery to clients.Ensure site safety and procedures are followed by the team and conduct training as needed.Develop and implement project schedules.Review Purchase Orders and Sales logs daily to update schedules for crews.Manage material orders and delivery schedules.Communicate with General Contractors to update on delivery and work times.Conduct daily debriefs of work performed and prepare reports.Validate and award subcontractors to perform work.Perform Quality Control on project completion.Assist in vehicle maintenance programs and GPS tracking.Assist with inventory monitoring with the Warehouse Manager.Essential SkillsProject managementConstruction managementCustomer serviceSchedulingTroubleshootingChange order managementDispatchingClient relationsRFI handlingAdditional Skills & QualificationsIdeally some schooling in construction management or a related field.Ability to read and interpret site drawings and blueprints.5+ years of installation experience.Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a professional office environment with a 'work hard, play hard' mentality. The position includes opportunities for remote work at discretion and company outings. You will spend 80% of your time in the office managing crews and projects from there.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
