To manage end-to-end planning, coordination, execution, and control of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, and Fire & Life Safety systems for hospitality projects, ensuring compliance with brand standards, statutory regulations, quality, cost, and schedule.Job Description
• Lead MEP design coordination with architects, consultants, operators, and brand representatives.• Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and value engineering proposals.
• Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards (Marriott, Hyatt, ITC, Accor, etc.).
• Oversee MEP execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate interfaces between MEP, civil, interiors, kitchens, laundry, and specialist systems.
• Ensure statutory approvals, NBC compliance, fire and electrical authority clearances.
• Monitor MEP costs, variations, contractor bills, and final accounts.
• Lead integrated testing, commissioning, documentation, and FM team training.
Key Deliverables:
• Approved coordinated MEP designs
• On-time completion aligned with project milestones
• Statutory and brand compliance
• Successful commissioning and operational handover
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 12–20 years’ experience in hospitality or luxury hotel projects.
• Minimum 2–3 full-cycle hotel projects in a PMC / consultancy role.
