Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager to join the team of one of our clients here in Houston. This person will manage projects from initiation through completion using a structured Waterfall methodology, ensuring that schedules, resources, and deliverables stay aligned with organizational expectations. They will work closely with engineering teams to support hardware‑driven project scopes and coordinate on‑site activities essential to successful implementation. The Project Manager maintains accurate project documentation, prepares status reports, and serves as a central communication point across internal teams and external stakeholders. They conduct site visits for project kickoffs, progress checks, and site assessments, requiring moderate travel. Skills and Requirements PMP certification is required (non‑negotiable). 7–10 years of project management experience. Strong experience with network or IT infrastructure projects; networking PM exposure is ideal. Hands‑on experience with Waterfall methodology. Ability and willingness to travel for project kickoffs, site checks, and status reviews. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with increased in‑office time during project ramp‑ups. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
