Primary role is a Project Manager focused on construction and facilities related projects. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. The PM will manage projects related to buildings and building equipment, partnering closely with the Facilities organization. Key Responsibilities•\tConstruction project management for facilities projects•\tSupport facilities functions including data, cabling, and infrastructure•\tLead projects from planning through execution as a hands on, boots on the ground PM•\tManage projects across multiple sites, including: o\t1.2M sq. ft. manufacturing planto\tLarge lab spaceo\tNewly secured office buildingo\tTwo airport locations•\tSupport a $13M airport runway refurbishment project•\tCoordinate with landlords for office build out (painting, furniture, etc.)•\tPartner with internal stakeholders on office relocation efforts at project completionEnvironment & Work Locations•\tBased out of Poway, CA•\tOccasional travel to airport locations in the desert, near Palmdale and Victorville•\tOne industrial engineer currently supports the desert locations but is transitioning off

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poway, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110.00 - $115.00/hr.
