Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with over 5 years of experience managing commercial projects. This company is a leading subcontractor that specializes in wall panel systems for large commercial projects.

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projectsStrong ability to read and interpret drawings and specificationsExperience working with commercial GCsBackground in glazing, framing, drywall, paint, Division 10 tradesBluebeam and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Nice To Have:

Metal panel experience is beneficial but not required

Work Environment: This company is based in Englewood, CO. They offer a laid back work environment. Project Managers receive mileage reimbursement.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $48.00/hr.
