Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over four years of experience managing complex engineering and fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, ensuring successful project execution from design to completion.

Responsibilities

Manage full project life cycle from design to execution.Lead and oversee multidisciplinary teams, including subcontractors.Handle financial and contract management, including budget, schedule, and scope management.Administer contracts, proposals, cost estimates, and change orders.Track project financials and forecast labor and cost needs.Lead 3-10 projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Coordinate and schedule using project management tools such as MS Project.

Essential Skills

Over 4 years of experience in project management, particularly in complex engineering and fabrication projects.Proficiency in managing the full project life cycle.Experience in leading teams and subcontractors.Strong financial and contract management skills.Proficiency in scheduling and using MS Project.Experience managing manufacturing projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the nuclear industry is a plus.

Work Environment

The Project Manager will partner with the Project Engineer to lead a team of professionals, including project controls, engineers, and schedulers. The team comprises five groups working collaboratively. The work schedule follows a 9-80s format, offering the benefit of having every other Friday off. There is an opportunity for hybrid work arrangements. This role presents a significant growth opportunity to lead a team of engineers.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
