Job Description
Understand and apply all applicable local, state, and federal regulations (i.e., DEA,
DOT, environmental, transportation, Board of Pharmacy, etc.).
• Support activities to ensure legislated and program requirements are mapped to
delivery, performance, and quality targets for operations and outreach personnel.
• Lead project teams by supporting program leaders and staff to manage the regional
implementation of programs effectively and efficiently.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives by evaluating business
processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and
developing and implementing solutions.
• In conjunction with the Senior Manager PM CoE and project team, predict resources
needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
• Assist the Senior Manager PM CoE in preparing the project budget based on the
scope of work and resource requirements.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy,
adjustments, and progress.
• Contribute to identifying systems integration issues and work with staff to implement
solutions and monitor ongoing performance and quality.

• Contribute to developing and implementing dashboards, information tools, and
continuous improvement activities for business systems integration activities,
including software, systems, and operational practices.
• Support continuous improvement opportunities that align operational systems,
programs, software, and departments.
• Communicate Project Management results through exceptional documentation and
verbal communication.
• Assist the Senior Manager PM CoE, and project team in providing an early warning
system for potential threats, delays, and risks to project goals.
• Support vendor selection and procurement transaction processes as needed.
• Interact with other departments to ensure integration and alignment with contracts,
agreements, corrective action plans, and audits.
• Assist in continuously developing our PM CoE maturity through industry best
practices.

Skills and Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with preference for project management
activities such as managing a project plan, test activities in alignment with the
software development lifecycle (SDLC), and/or implementing various aspects of an
operation or technical project.
• Thorough understanding of ground operations, program implementation, and related
knowledge areas.
• Comfortable taking the initiative in a fast-paced environment to independently
prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and resourcefulness under pressure.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• High dedication to a culture of excellence, collaboration, and optimization.
• Ability to influence others and foster a positive working environment.
• Comfortable working in a virtual environment and with domestic travel to the degree
appropriate to support the business.
• Exceptional in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English language skills - fluent written and verbal communication Global accredited professional project management certification, i.e. Project
Management Professional (PMP), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Certified Scrum
Master (CSM).
• Experience working in highly regulated environments and interacting with regulators
and/or state agencies.

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work to determine acceptable solutions.
• Proficient in using Project Management Software and Process Flow Diagramming
Applications (Smartsheet, JIRA, Visio).
• Experience working in and/or with chain/independent pharmacies, health systems,
distributors, and/or franchises
