Description Primary role is a Project Manager focused on construction and facilities related projects. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. The PM will manage projects related to buildings and building equipment, partnering closely with the Facilities organization. Key Responsibilities • Construction project management for facilities projects • Support facilities functions including data, cabling, and infrastructure • Lead projects from planning through execution as a hands on, boots on the ground PM • Manage projects across multiple sites, including: o 1.2M sq. ft. manufacturing plant o Large lab space o Newly secured office building o Two airport locations • Support a $13M airport runway refurbishment project • Coordinate with landlords for office build out (painting, furniture, etc.) • Partner with internal stakeholders on office relocation efforts at project completion Environment & Work Locations • Based out of Poway, CA • Occasional travel to airport locations in the desert, near Palmdale and Victorville • One industrial engineer currently supports the desert locations but is transitioning off Skills Project management, Construction management, ms project, budgeting, Project coordination, planning scheduling, autocad, pmp, aerospace defense Top Skills Details Project management,Construction management,ms project Additional Skills & Qualifications • Facilities or construction Project Manager with strong initiative • Able to hit the ground running and work independently • Quick thinker, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously • Strong stakeholder management skills • Come from an aerospace or energy industry. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poway, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $110.00 - $115.00/hr.
