We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee multiple projects spanning the Western, Mountain, and Central United States. In this role, you will manage cost, scope, schedule, and contracts, ensuring successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will involve tracking parts and pieces from global suppliers, managing design changes, handling monthly billings, and liaising with customers. You will travel to project sites for kick-off meetings approximately 3 to 5 times per year. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will present to various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
+ Manage cost, scope, schedule, and contracts for multiple projects.
+ Conduct project kick-off meetings at sites 3 to 5 times per year.
+ Track parts and pieces from global suppliers.
+ Manage design changes and monthly billings.
+ Collaborate with customers and present to stakeholders.
+ Utilize Excel and PowerPoint for project management tasks.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or energy-related projects.
+ Experience managing cost, scope, schedule, and contracts for multiple projects.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Experience working with external customers.
+ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
Work Environment
This position is primarily onsite four days per week, Monday through Thursday. The role requires travel 3 to 5 times annually for project kick-off meetings, predominantly on the West Coast to align with customer time zones. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $62.50/hr.
