Our client, a leading organization in the real estate and project management industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Real Estate Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will support strategic real estate initiatives, coordinate project activities, and ensure seamless communication across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for driving successful project outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Job Title: Real Estate Project Coordinator

Location: Remote (Must change to the specific city and state upon final posting)

Pay Range: $35-40

Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (flex schedule; 8-hour workday with flexible start/stop times)

What's the Job?

Support the real estate reduction initiative by evaluating properties and supporting relocation efforts Coordinate project activities, ensuring proper documentation and communication across multiple locations Assist in data research, analysis, and negotiation related to real estate assets Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to execute project plans effectively Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure project milestones are met on schedule

What's Needed?

Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to analyze data and support decision-making processes Experience supporting real estate or related projects is preferred but not required Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving Negotiation skills
