This role supports healthcare IT initiatives, including application and operating system upgrades, and requires adaptability across various platforms and tools. ________________________________________ **Job Responsibilities** : Leading and coordinating IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines • Reviewing project plans and coordinating project activities using ServiceNow Project Management Module • Operating smaller budget projects independently and efficiently • Consulting with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements • Providing technical support and resolving issues in collaboration with stakeholders • Managing backup, security, and user support systems • Participating in fast-paced application and OS upgrade initiatives, often tied to healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHRs) • Collaborating across departments to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction • Supporting HR-related IT projects, including implementations and upgrades involving systems like PeopleSoft ________________________________________ **Required Skills & Experience** : • 5+years of hands-on project management experience (not just certification-based) • 5+ years PMI-based project management skills • 5+ years ServiceNow Project Management tools • 3+ years Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Charts, etc.); Microsoft Office is not used • 3+ years managing HR-related IT projects **Preferred Qualifications** • PMP or equivalent project management certification. • Experience with Epic or Cerner implementations (***’s primary EHRs). • Experience with EMR/application builds supporting new construction projects for: • Experience with Google Workspace tools. • Experience with ServiceNow PPM. • Experience managing HR-related IT projects • Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities • Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software and production processes • Understanding of business and management principles related to planning and resource allocation • Experience in healthcare IT environments is preferred
