Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager with expertise in project management, simulation, enclosures, sheet metal, estimating, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned customer accounts. Responsibilities + Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned customer accounts. + Lead all customer-facing communication, including status updates, technical coordination, schedule alignment, and issue resolution. + Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable internal project plans. + Manage the full project lifecycle from kickoff through planning, scheduling, execution, quality review, and delivery. + Coordinate across engineering, fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. + Track schedules, costs, risks, and deliverables; proactively identify and resolve issues. + Prepare cost estimates and pricing for RFPs/RFQs. + Review drawings, material requirements, labor estimates, and lead times to develop accurate and competitive bids. + Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to support efficient execution. + Maintain project documentation, schedules, change orders, and communication records. + Support compliance with ITAR and HUBZone requirements. Essential Skills + Proven experience in project management, estimation, and manufacturing. + Strong ability to manage customer relationships and communication effectively. + Skilled in coordinating across multiple teams including engineering, fabrication, and assembly. + Competency in tracking project schedules, costs, and risks. + Experience in preparing cost estimates and developing competitive bids. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Familiarity with ITAR and HUBZone compliance. Work Environment This position is based in a manufacturing shop environment with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
