Position Overview
Work as part of the Global Bioanalytical Project Management team providing internal and external clients with a central point of contact for projects. Manage client and study communication to execute projects against defined milestones, timelines, and financial projections. Use appropriate tools to support the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and completion of projects, to ensure teams deliver on client commitments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client advocate within the Bioanalytical organization.Gather, document, and provide visibility to client expectations.Communicate study updates and key milestones to clients in a timely and professional manner.Independently manage activities related to the project management process, ensuring compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.Coordinate internal teams to meet defined milestones and timelines.Utilize project management tools to support initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects.Provide data for capacity projections and assist in resource planning.Ensure appropriate scheduling and resource allocation to enable on-time delivery.Proactively identify potential issues, escalate as needed, and facilitate resolution to maintain project progress.Review contracts and manage project budgets.Perform financial tracking and reconciliation throughout the project lifecycle.Identify opportunities for process improvements and, upon approval, implement new procedures.Contribute to development and delivery of internal projects within the PMO.Work closely with project teams and departmental management to ensure client requirements and deadlines are met.Maintain effective communication channels for dissemination of up-to-date project information.

Pay Range: $75k - $100k annually
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
