Job Title: Project Manager
We’re looking for a driven, solutions‑oriented Project Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys seeing projects come to life from the ground up. In this role, you’ll lead high‑impact construction projects across the country, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities
• \tLead and motivate project teams to ensure milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
• \tReview project proposals to define timelines, budget parameters, and execution strategies.
• \tCommunicate clear work plans, assign responsibilities, and establish scope of authority for team members.
• \tMonitor progress through status reports, identify risks or delays, and adjust schedules proactively.
• \tPrepare and deliver project updates to internal leadership and clients.
• \tProvide technical guidance and hands‑on problem‑solving support to project personnel.
• \tCoordinate project activities with government and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
Essential Skills
• \tStrong project management expertise.
• \tProven experience managing ground‑up construction projects in fuel, retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• \tWorking knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and/or PlanGrid.
• \tAbility and willingness to travel nationwide at least 20% of the time.
• \tStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
