Project Manager
Job Description: Project Manager In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for engaging with customers and managing various project aspects including risk assessments, budgeting, quoting, and engineering schedules. The role requires experience in plant layout, foundation, and permit processes, as well as overseeing the installation and operation of new plant layouts and managing punch lists. Responsibilities + Conduct risk assessments and manage project budgets. + Coordinate and manage engineering schedules and reviews. + Engage in quoting projects and customer interactions. + Oversee plant layout design, foundation planning, and permit acquisition. + Manage the punch list process once equipment is installed and operational. Essential Skills + Project management expertise with at least 8 years of experience. + Experience in construction management, change order processes, and project coordination. + Skills in design, estimation, and machine design manufacturing. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in engineering. + At least 5 years of experience in working directly with customers and quoting projects. Work Environment The work environment is a clean and vibrant space, with a culture that values collaboration and innovation. The role involves approximately 15% travel within the USA for site visits and pre-installation walks with a team of mechanical and electrical engineers. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
