Project Manager
Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Tempe, AZ, to support ongoing work at Intel and various data center projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of multiple construction projects through high-level management of quality, risk, safety, and compliance. You will ensure projects are delivered in accordance with design intent, budget, and schedule, contributing directly to business development efforts by building trust, maintaining strong partnerships, and delivering consistent results. Responsibilities + Plan and manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, design specifications, and safety standards. + Oversee project execution with a focus on schedule adherence, cost control, risk mitigation, and quality assurance. + Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, field personnel, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery. + Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including contracts, change management, reporting, and closeout materials. + Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting to ensure financial performance aligns with project goals. + Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, mitigating risk and maintaining positive client relationships. + Support business development efforts through client engagement, relationship-building, and successful project outcomes. + Uphold the integrated safety culture and ensure compliance with all site-specific and regulatory requirements. Essential Skills + 3-5 years of commercial construction management experience focusing on architectural and/or self-perform work. + Experience supporting large-scale industrial projects in sectors like Intel, data center, and semiconductor. + Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple project tasks. + Basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and pertinent web applications at an intermediate level; experience with Viewpoint, Bluebeam, WinEst, and On-Screen Takeoff preferred. + Positive and professional attitude with strong customer service skills. + Ability to interpret and communicate company policies. + Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related discipline preferred. + Experience working at Intel or TSMC is advantageous. Work Environment This is a salaried role with normal business hours, requiring a commitment of a maximum of 45-50 hours per week. The position is based out of the office in Tempe and supports various projects. The company offers an ESOP - employee stock ownership program, a strong benefits package including health insurance and PTO, and a car allowance as part of the salary. Relocation support is available if needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
