Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple federal construction projects in the DMV area, supporting 2-3 projects totaling approximately $15 million. This role requires a professional with over 5 years of experience in the government sector. Responsibilities + Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of federal construction projects. + Review scope of work, engage subcontractors, and coordinate site visits to facilitate subcontractor bidding. + Estimate and bid task order contracts and IDIQs. + Schedule projects, including managing subcontractors. + Provide project management for federal government construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region. + Assist with estimating by reviewing the scope of work and aligning subcontractors. + Maintain client-facing relationships. Essential Skills + Project management experience in federal construction. + Construction management and engineering skills. + Experience in design, estimation, and providing project management. + Computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office and Excel. + Experience running IDIQ and Sole Source contracts for government agencies. + Ability to manage projects between joint venture companies while staying organized and on schedule. + 10+ years of federal construction experience, specifically with NAVFAC and GSA. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred, but experience is prioritized. + Mature professional with excellent organizational and communication skills. + Construction field experience and strong project management capabilities. Work Environment The Project Manager will be based in the Waldorf office with the internal team, requiring light travel to job sites within the DMV area.
