We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to review project proposals, establish timelines, identify budget parameters, and develop execution plans. You will play a crucial role in communicating the work plan clearly with project teams, assigning responsibilities, and defining the scope of authority. Leading and directing the project team is essential to ensure progress stays on schedule and within budget.

ResponsibilitiesReview project proposals to establish timelines and budget parameters.Develop detailed execution plans for projects.Communicate work plans clearly with project teams, assigning responsibilities and defining scope of authority.Lead and direct project teams to ensure progress stays on schedule and within budget.Review status reports, identify risks or delays, and adjust schedules as needed.Prepare and present project reports for internal leadership and clients.Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to project personnel.Coordinate project activities with applicable government and regulatory agencies.Essential SkillsProven experience managing ground-up construction projects in fuel, retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors.Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and/or PlanGrid.Ability to travel 20% nationwide.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in project management methodologies.Strong leadership and communication skills.Work Environment

This role involves working closely with project teams and engaging with internal leadership and clients. The position requires the ability to travel 20% nationwide to various project sites. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
