Sentara Health is looking to hire a Remote Project Manager.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects or workstreams within programs using waterfall or hybrid methodologies. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and under budget while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Education
High School / GED (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Certification/Licensure
One of the following certifications or equivalent (Preferred):
Project Management Institute Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM)
Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP)
Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
Scrum, SAFe or equivalent
Experience
2+ years of experience in project management/project coordination, or a similar role (Required)
The following experience is strongly preferred:
Healthcare (Preferred)
Care delivery (ambulatory, hospital, post-acute), health plan, corporate/shared services (Preferred)
Technical project management (Preferred)
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $79,497.6 – $132,496. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
