We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Job Description: Job Description – Project Manager (US Only) Day to Day Job Duties: (What this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) Lead the 8-week engagement following Agile delivery principles, ensuring on-time completion of all contractual deliverables. Manage project initiation, kickoff sessions, and maintain consistent communication with client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Plan and manage sprints, facilitate daily stand-ups, and track progress across technical and business teams to ensure transparency and accountability. Collaborate closely with Technical Architects, Business Architects, and client teams to manage scope, dependencies, and resource alignment. Ensure timely completion and delivery of all key project artifacts including the Technical Design Document (TDD), Deployment Checklist, Testing documentation, and Final Report. Oversee risk, issue, and change management, obtaining client approval for any scope or schedule changes in writing. Provide weekly written progress reports summarizing completed work, upcoming tasks, risks, and issue resolutions. Ensure compliance with client governance, reporting, and quality standards. Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction, team coordination, and continuous improvement throughout the engagement. Basic Qualifications: (What are the skills required for this job with minimum years of experience on each) 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 Salesforce project implementations. Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and fixed-price delivery models. Proven ability to manage compressed delivery timelines while maintaining quality and stakeholder alignment. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills. Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams. Demonstrated success in managing risk, scope, and budget within short, outcome-focused engagements. Travel: Limited travel may be required based on client needs. Remote and hybrid arrangements are supported depending on engagement scope. Degree: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Nice to Have (But not a must): Preferred Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Experience managing Salesforce pilot programs or proof-of-concept engagements.
