Position SummaryWe are seeking a Project Manager with a strong Division of the State Architect (DSA) background to lead and deliver high-quality public school projects. This role is well suited for either an energetic professional with approximately 5 years of experience looking to grow within a sophisticated design environment, or a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience who can confidently lead projects from day one.
The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for managing project quality, schedule, and financial performance from inception through closeout.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and contribute to Design Services ProposalsInterpret and administer contracts throughout the project lifecycleLead projects from planning and design through construction and closeoutManage and mentor project teams, aligning staffing with project milestonesOversee project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and billing processesProduce and/or manage project documentation within a Revit-based workflowLead both architectural design and technical production effortsMaintain strong client relationships and manage interdisciplinary interfacesContribute to RFP responses and broader business development initiativesEssential QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture5–10 years of experience managing public school projects, including DSAStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, and staffingPreferred Skills & ExperienceExperience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp, Rhino, and GrasshopperWorking knowledge of MEP coordination, schematic design, 3D modeling, LEED principles, and building envelope systemsExperience contributing to business development and the ability to cultivate client relationships is a plProject Manager (Architecture)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
