Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned projects—from scope and schedule to staffing, vendor engagement, and deliverables. You will prepare project status reports, support proposal compliance, and contribute to moderately complex program efforts. Your work will directly support business growth, operational excellence, and contract execution.

This role requires both independent ownership and strong collaboration across engineering, sourcing, pricing, and program leadership.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Project & Schedule Management

Manage complete project lifecycle: scope, schedule, cost, staffing, and deliverables

Create, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

Monitor program performance, progress, milestones, and dependencies

Prepare project status reports for management and stakeholders

Proposal & Program Support

Collaborate with SMEs to gather and validate technical inputs for proposals

Lead compliance matrix review sessions and ensure alignment with customer requirements

Support Commercial Item Justification (CIJ) documentation and RFP requirement reviews

Work with Pricing to validate BOM accuracy, completeness, and cost assumptions

Coordinate with Sourcing to eliminate roadblocks and ensure timely proposal execution

Cross?Functional Collaboration

Facilitate alignment across projects, shared resources, and deliverables

Apply change, risk, and resource management principles to maintain contract compliance

Resolve elevated scope or integration issues by engaging the right stakeholders

Participate in internal meetings to maintain communication and drive progress

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

2–4 years of project management experience

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & Collaboration Tools:

Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Teams

Experience maintaining and analyzing schedules, budgets, and project controls

Ability to collaborate with cross?functional teams in a hybrid technical/business environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities with both independence and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)

Experience in proposal development, pricing coordination, or RFP management

Familiarity with engineering workflows or technical documentation

Experience with resource planning, risk mitigation, and change control

Ability to lead meetings, align stakeholders, and drive corrective actions

Pay Details: $37.83 per hour
