This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and carries full accountability for project delivery, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:Own end-to-end execution of assigned power generation projects from planning through close-outServe as the primary customer point of contact and manage contractual deliverablesDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and risk controlsLead cross-functional project teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholdersMonitor project costs, KPIs, and margins to ensure financial performanceEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirementsDrive issue resolution, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications and Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred5+ years of project management or project lead experience in power generation or process industriesKnowledge in steam/gas turbinesStrong experience managing schedules, budgets, contracts, and field teamsAbility to operate effectively in safety-critical, field-based environmentsProficiency with MS Office; MS Project and/or Primavera preferredAuthorization to work in the United StatesBenefits and Perks:Competitive compensation packageMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company contributionPaid time off and paid holidays Your New Organization:You will join an organization known for delivering complex power generation projects in safety-critical environments.
