They allocate data center opportunities between bitcoin mining and other high performance computing services, such as AI. They continue to develop their pipeline of power capacity at high-quality data center sites, either for bitcoin mining or HPC. Position Summary: We are seeking a high-performing Project Manager for hyperscale data center construction projects supporting HPC, AI/ML, and cryptocurrency operations. This role involves overseeing project execution, coordinating design, procurement, and construction, under the guidance of a Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will handle complex workstreams and grow into senior leadership roles. Responsibilities: + Manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. + Oversee assigned project scopes with full accountability, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and scope. + Participate in design coordination and engineering reviews, flagging risks early. + Support procurement of equipment and construction services, coordinating with finance and engineering teams. + Coordinate field execution, monitor quality and safety compliance, and resolve field issues. + Maintain knowledge of project schedules, budgets, and risks, providing accurate inputs to planning and reporting. + Prepare project reports and maintain documentation according to PMO standards. Qualifications: + 6–10+ years of experience in construction project management or engineering roles. + Experience in delivering large commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. + Solid understanding of construction sequencing and procurement workflows. + Ownership mindset with responsibility for outcomes. Hands-on, detail-driven, and able to multitask effectively.. + Comfortable in fast-paced, lean environments. + Direct experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction is desired. + Exposure to fast-track or design-build projects. + Background in electrical or mechanical systems. Career Progression: This role serves as a feeder into Senior Project Manager or Program-level leadership, offering increasing site ownership and complexity to high performers. Education & Certifications: + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) preferred.
